Technique Leveling Scale

Everyone has Techniques and Attacks that are set on a leveling scale. This scale goes from -10 to 10 it is measured based on a Full Tenerion vampires body. A Level 7 technique would bring instant death to a Full Tenerion vampire if hit on more than 75% of their body, a Level 5 technique would also kill if the vampire would be hit in the head. A Level 0 technique doesnt usually harm opponents, or even directed at them. Negative techniques decrease the efficency of the targets. Finally Level -10 techniques will damage and remove the targets existance.
